Frequently Asked Questions

What is a PDF pattern?

A PDF pattern is a sewing pattern and instructions formatted to fit into an e-book document you can open on your computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free program already installed on most computers. Simply save the pattern to your computer and print the pattern pieces from  your home printer. Our patterns DO NOT requiring scaling and when printed at 100% will easily tape together to make a complete pattern.

I can't find my pattern. Can you send me another link?It is our strong recommendation that you create an account when you make your first purchase. That way, you'll always have access to your patterns. Also, when any pattern is updated, your account will automatically be updated with the most current version of the pattern. We will not be emailing additional copies of patterns to individual customers.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, when you create an account with I Sew Cute, you are automatically enrolled in our customer rewards program. You get 5 points for creating an account. Then, you get 1 point for each dollar you spend in our shop on all products in the shop. You can use 25 points to get a $5 discount code or save 50 points and get a $10 discount code to use on your next purchase. Click on the "Rewards" link at the bottom right corner of the webpage to view your current level of points earned. You do need to be logged into your account to view this.

Can I get a pattern mailed to me?

At this time we are unable to offer printed pattern services. We recommend printing at your local library, print shop or your neighbor's house!

I'd love to pattern test for you. How do I get on the list?

Join the newsletter list. We'll send out a call for testers when a new pattern is ready for testing.
